Survey123^{®}
software is the heart of the guest satisfaction monitoring
system.
For every function (reception,
breakfast, room service) or facility (swimming pool, gym, SPA)
the software calculates an aggregate satisfaction score from 1
to 10.


We can view the satisfaction score
of the individual questions of each aggregate score along with
the guests comments. We can compare the scores of two
different periods or focus our analysis on specific guests
groups (i.e. the group from Austria) 
The software calculates composite statistical indices 
for the fans of Analysis and Mathematics  such as the NPS
(Net promoter score) and easily communicates with Excel for
importing and exporting data.

we can scan the comment cards and the filled in questionnaires
with any image scanner and your guests answers along with
their comments are automatically transfered to the software
database for further processing.
